Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford performed well during a private workout with the Lions on Tuesday morning. Detroit asked him to perform in drills as well as demonstrate his ability to diagram plays.

Ohio State running back Chris "Beanie" Wells is scheduled to meet with the Ravens on Tuesday. Wells is also rumored to have meetings set up with the Seahawks, Chargers, Cardinals, Bengals and the Broncos.

The 49ers are expected to meet with a number of prospects prior to next month's NFL Draft, including wide receiver Michael Crabtree, offensive tackle Michael Oher and defensive tackle B.J. Raji.

St. Louis has the second overall pick, and are expected to select a tackle after releasing veteran Orlando Pace. "Certainly the tackle spot we've got to address," St. Louis coach Steve Spagnuolo said last week. "You've got to build with the linemen first. Offensively and defensively. To me, that's always a focus."

North Carolina wide receiver Hakeem Nicks reportedly worked out for Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano and executive Bill Parcells on Saturday morning. Nicks is considered one of the top receivers in April's NFL Draft, and a candidate to be selected by Miami with the 25th overall pick.

Many feel as though USC linebacker Brian Cushing is a perfect fit for the Patriots because of his versatility. Cushing played both linebacker and defensive end for USC during his career, and New England's Bill Belichick prefers players that he can plug in multiple holes.

Boston College defensive tackle B.J. Raji has multiple visits upcoming, according to a source. Raji is expected to be a high first-round pick in next month's NFL Draft. He will reportedly visit with the Jets, Buccaneers, Broncos, 49ers and Jaguars.
